As assistant general counsel, Catherine advises the government business on all legal issues, including disputes, investigations, enforcement actions, and compliance matters.
Catherine joined Unisys in 2002. Prior to Unisys, she was in private practice in Columbus, Ohio; served as special counsel in the Ohio Attorney General’s Office; and was law clerk to Federal Magistrate Judge Terence Kemp in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington University in St. Louis and summa cum laude with a J.D. from Capital University Law School in Columbus.
